dCorps Hub
DevCo Testnet Foundation Audit Mainnet Adoption

Mission

dCorps exists to make corporations and nonprofits verifiable and operable on-chain. The Hub records a minimum shared record—identity, authority roles, governance actions, official wallets, tagged treasury flows, and evidence anchors—so any interface can read an entity with the same rules.

Access means teams can form credible structures without relying on a single jurisdiction, platform, or privileged gatekeeper.

Transparency means authority changes, approvals, and treasury activity remain visible as time-ordered, tamper-evident state rather than private back offices.

Programmability means workflows like vesting, invoices, donations, board approvals, and allocation rules follow standard actions that tools can implement and verify.

Digital-first means entities can operate stablecoin-native (USDC) while using optional adapters and evidence patterns for external recognition when needed. Adapters add context but do not redefine the kernel record.

The Hub is infrastructure, not a bank, broker, exchange, or custodial service. It provides no fiat rails or custody, and funds remain in entity-controlled wallets.

Status is testnet; no claims beyond current capability.

Contribute now

Testnet is for builders, operators, and stewards who want to validate the Hub in public.

Protocol engineers

Working on kernel definitions, message scope, and invariants.

Indexer and data engineers

Defining event schemas and reproducible view inputs.

Early operators

Testing sequencer, batch posting, and operational scope under testnet rules.

Infrastructure-aligned investors

Tracking scope, risks, and progress (no return claims implied).

Legal counsel

Reviewing boundary posture, non-custodial scope, and document stack order.

Governance stewards

Shaping kernel/adapters separation and upgrade posture.
