dCorps Hub
DevCo Testnet Foundation Audit Mainnet Adoption

ResCo

Research Role

ResCo is the planned research company focused on adoption analysis and integration planning (design intention). Outputs are advisory and become binding only through governance, which is shown on-chain as time-ordered, tamper-evident state. Status is testnet; no claims beyond current capability.

Adoption Research

Maps real-world adoption constraints into proposals for governance review.

Policy Mapping

Analyzes policy and legal context to clarify adapter requirements.

Integration Planning

Plans adoption paths and integration sequences with clear risk notes.

Public Playbooks

Publishes research summaries, guidance, and pilot notes when available.

Research Scope

Work focuses on jurisdiction, sector, and operational requirements that may be handled through optional adapters. The kernel is the minimum shared rule set; adapters are optional overlays and cannot redefine it. The Hub is infrastructure, not a bank, broker, exchange, or custodial service; operations are stablecoin-native and the dCorps Hub does not provide fiat rails or custody. Legal recognition and compliance remain external.

Adoption Constraints

Studies engineering, policy, and operational limits that affect adoption.

Adapter Proposals

Drafts optional adapter concepts with clear scope and boundary notes.

Partner Mapping

Identifies partners and specialists needed for adoption pilots.

Feasibility Notes

Publishes feasibility notes and risk summaries to guide governance.

Publication Practices

Discloses sources, scope, and licensing terms when research is published.

Commissioned Research

Research may be commissioned by the foundation or other actors with disclosure.

Relationship Map

ResCo coordinates with the planned foundation, on-chain governance, DevCo, and external partners as needed. Funding and scope remain disclosed and non-exclusive where practical. Jurisdiction engagement does not imply recognition or approval.

Foundation (planned)

May fund research through grants or commissioned studies.

On-Chain Governance

Approves module adoption and policy changes; ResCo outputs are advisory.

DevCo (active)

Engineering provider that may implement approved work.

Jurisdiction Partners

Provide input on feasibility and adoption constraints.

External Specialists

Policy, legal, and sector experts contribute under disclosed terms.

Status and Formation

ResCo is planned and not incorporated. Details below are design intentions and may change before formation. Early-phase coordination remains founder-led until formation is complete.

Planned Entity

Design intention: dCorps Research LLC.

Target Jurisdiction

Design intention: Wyoming, USA.

Incorporation Status

Pending; timing and structure are not finalized.

Early Coordination

Founder-led research coordination continues until formation completes.

Manifesto

"My goal is simple: make it possible for anyone, anywhere, to form an entity that can operate with credibility, continuity, and real financial rails, built for stablecoin-native operations."
